Job Overview

Seeking a self-motivated graphic designer to join our team. Successful candidate will work collaboratively with advisory board to produce compelling graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and technology for both print and web. Requires portfolio of previous work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to electronically create professional, original graphics

  • Proven ability to implement corporate brand standards

  • Produce projects from concept to finished production

  • Manage project time

  • Produce creative work under tight deadlines

  • Work collaboratively as part of a design team

  • Must be able to set-up files for print

 

Qualifications

  • High Level Computer Skills and Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

  • Able to Deal with Board recommendations and suggestions

  • Detail Oriented

Job Overview

Seeking a fashion enthusiast wanting to learn more about fashion and event photography. Successful candidate will work collaboratively with Memphis Fashion Week and the Emerging Memphis Designer Project. Requires an interest in the local fashion community and strong knowledge of photography both in studio and on location.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to coordinate photography for the Emerging Memphis Designer Project in conjunction with Memphis Fashion Week and 4Memphis Magazine

  • Shoot monthly events for  Arrow  as well as the week long event for Memphis Fashion Week

  • Work with Social Media team to provide imaging and stories

  • Coordinate with Marketing/PR interns for additional photography support for promotional pieces

  • Edit photography after Memphis Fashion Week shows

 

Qualifications

  • High Level photography skills for shooting and editing in Photoshop

  • Able to collaborate with MFDN and MFW

Job Overview

Seeking a fashion enthusiast wanting to learn the business of running a fashion incubator and non-profit. Successful candidate will work collaboratively with Arrow's office manager and Director researching National creative organizations, preparing grant proposals, coordinating fundraisers such as Shop Her Closet and Memphis Fashion Week and participating in all photo shoots and emerging designer coordination. Requires an interest in the local creative community and strong research skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to coordinate the Emerging Memphis Designer Project in conjunction with Memphis Fashion Week

  • Help to coordinate and promote Memphis Fashion Week events along side the marketing and PR team

  • Research grant options for the organization

  • Work with the Arrow office manager to create programming and educational components at the incubator

  • Participate in Advisory Board meetings to help implement MFDN in the Memphis community

  • Create a public outreach to local teen organization

  • Collaborate with the stylist coordinator to create trunk shows to show case incubator designs

  • Act as co-Secretary at Memphis Fashion Week meetings along with Office Manager

Seeking a motivated marketing/PR intern to join our team. Successful candidate will work collaboratively with advisory board to produce compelling press releases and social media posts to support marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Graphic Designers to establish a corporate brand standard

  • Work with Social Media team to provide imaging and stories

  • Produce projects from concept to finished production

  • Manage project times

  • Work collaboratively as part of a marketing team

  • Create event and and business excitement through daily promotions, marketing, pr and sales strategies

  • Assisting with planning special events

  • Co-working with Sponsorship liaison in creating cohesive sponsor collaboration

  • Management of online community

  • Exploring and analyzing social media and advertising

  • Assisting in content creation

 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous social media/PR experience a plus including facebook, instagram, twitter, and snapchat

  • Experience with marketing analytics

  • Previous press release or business writing experience a plus
